Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders in ThingTech allow you to automate the purchasing process and reduce asset downtime. When Parts are attached to the Purchase Orders, the end user will have an accurate cost for the price of purchasing new Parts.

To view open Purchase Orders, in the Parts and Inventory app in ThingTech, open the POs tab.

Create a Purchase Order

Select new from within the POs tab.

Once the Purchase Order is saved, the opportunity to attach Parts to the Purchase Order becomes available.

PO Items

On an open Purchase Order, scroll down and there will be a subsection of PO Items. Select New PO Item to begin.

The last amount received of this part

Total parts ordered for all time in ThingTech
