Work Orders
ThingTech's Work Order Manager allows users to easily create, edit, clone and delete multiple types of work orders and assign to others as needed. The Work Order object serves as the record for any work, or potential work that needs to be performed on a specific Asset. Work Orders can be created at any time for any Asset, or based on a Maintenance Schedule. Work Orders can also be integrated with Parts and Inventory.
Please speak to ThingTech Support to add this functionality to your system at support@thingtech.com.

Work Order |
This is the standard work order, if creating as a one-off, these likely will not be associated with a Maintenance Schedule, but they can be if needed. Generally when creating a one-off Work Order it's for work that is required outside of a preventative maintenance schedule. |
Service Request |
This serves as a work request to place in another user's queue to make them aware of the work they are being requested to perform. |
Work Order Template |
Work Order Templates are used in conjunction with Maintenance Schedules. If the user would like the Work Order to be created with specific data filled out, the user will need to associate the Maintenance Schedule with a Work Order Template. |
